
COVID-19 & COURSE UPDATE
We have to right to change any of the Terms of Conditions (Procedures, Cancellation and Refund Policies, etc) at any time for your safety and our safety. Thank you for your understanding.
We are closely monitoring the CDC, WHO & other local governmental health agencies for latest developments, following their guidance and reinforcing their recommendations on appropriate health and safety measures regarding covid-19.
Due to the evolving CDC recommendations, formats and policies have been modified and updated. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
(As of 07/15/2020) To safely accommodate this training to the healthcare population, the live, in-person July 23-24, 2020 MDS 3.0 Training has switched to live stream format due to sudden, new re-closure orders by the County.
The June 11-12, 2020 MDS 3.0 Training will be available instead as live stream format. The MDS 3.0 Refresher on April 30, 2020 will also be live stream format.
Adjustments have been made accordingly as we navigate through changes such as course fee, course materials, etc. Note asterisked (*) areas for updates that can be of benefit to you.

IN-PERSON TRAINING
(As of 05/01/2020) Any reference to an "in-person" live training type of information or instruction on the website will be in reference to future sessions of "in-person" live trainings in CA when we are clear from social distancing. Please stay tuned for further specific updates.
The location for the in-person training will be at our business address in Blankspaces Santa Monica. To ensure your safety and staff safety, policies and procedure have been put in place regarding covid by Blankspaces. Check out the policies and procedures here:

(As of 07/13/2020) Blankspaces has changed their policies due to rise in covid cases, re-closure of businesses and new County regulations.
In-Person training will not be available until the covid PHE group gathering restrictions are lifted.

LIVE STREAM TRAINING
April, June, July, August, September, October & November 2020 and January through June 2021 Attendees: Due to the current health and community restrictions by the CDC, WHO & Local Health Agencies, MDS/RAI Advisor will honor cancellations less than 10 calendars prior to the event and any late registrants who need to cancel. Refunds will be processed, with the applicable administrative processing cancellation fee. Does not apply to "no shows". (Updated 03/18/20, 06/16/20, 07/15/20, 08/11/20, 11/03/20, 02/01/21.)
April through November 2020 and January through June 2021 MDS Training Attendees: Because we will be mailing you the materials and will not be able to retrieve them if you cancel, the refund policy has been updated: If you are going to cancel up to the day of the event, we will still honor the processing of the refund minus the cost of printing the manual and other training materials ($145) sent to you with the applicable administrative processing cancellation fee ($30). July 2020 MDS Training Attendees: Spike of covid-19 cases caused the Governor to re-close some areas and businesses. To ready for possible re-closures, In-Person event this July 2020 may need to switch to Live Stream. Steps put in place to minimize contact and to be ready for sudden backtracking by Governor. Course materials will be mailed ASAP. Because we will be mailing you the materials and will not be able to retrieve them if you cancel, the refund policy has been updated: If you are going to cancel up to the day of the event, we will still honor the processing of the refund minus the cost of printing the manual and other training materials ($145) sent to you with the applicable administrative processing cancellation fee ($30).
